Abstract

Los procesos en la organización científica del trabajo, desde sus pioneros Taylor y Gilbreth, quienes con una visión que hoy podemos calificar de mecanicista y repetitiva pretendieron mejorar la eficacia y las condiciones de trabajo, han supuesto una profunda renovación de las estructuras y de los métodos de dirección del trabajo. El diseño de las tareas y el enriquecimiento del trabajo, que implican mayor participación, control y adiestramiento, son las bases de una nueva filosofía del trabajo, que abre las puertas al reto de la automatización de las fábricas del futuro.
