Informe sociolaboral del Partido de General Pueyrredon

Abstract

En esta nueva edición del Informe Sociolaboral el Grupo Estudios del Trabajo procura poner en contexto la evolución laboral presentada a través de indicadores agregados del mercado de trabajo. Con ello se evidencian tendencias que, desde una perspectiva descriptiva, muestran a grandes rasgos el comportamiento de la población activa en el país, y en particular en nuestro aglomerado. Si bien es ostensible que el empleo es el eje en las decisiones económicas, también es evidente que la creación de puestos de trabajo productivo, bien remunerado y protegido, no está exenta de tensiones y conflictos. Por ello, el análisis se completa con información fehaciente de la conflictividad y el ritmo negocial de las relaciones laborales en Mar del Plata.
