Ostricultura industrial de la provincia de Buenos Aires

Abstract

Se presenta un análisis descriptivo de la industrialización de ostras en la provincia de Buenos Aires considerando las particularidades del proceso productivo, de los recursos humanos y del rol del estado en el proceso de desarrollo del sector. Se trata de una industria en desarrollo y cuenta con empresarios emprendedores que tienen las capacidades necesarias para lograr el desarrollo sostenible de la actividad. Este proceso de desarrollo deberá ser acompañado con políticas públicas orientadas a la promoción de la actividad, la capacitación del recurso humano y al otorgamiento de incentivos fiscales y financieros para la producción, en especial, para la inversión en hatchery con el objeto de alcanzar continuidad y calidad en la provisión de semillas.
