La negociación colectiva y el teletrabajo en la Argentina: una aproximación a su temática

Abstract

¿Es posible crear un marco de referencia con representatividad y vigencia para compatibilizar los derechos del trabajador y las exigencias que esta particular aplicación de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TICs) impone a las condiciones de trabajo de la organización? En este trabajo se pretende avanzar sobre lo hecho en nuestra realidad nacional, sin desconocer que el resultado en definitiva será en buena parte fruto de la contingencia y el estadio del proceso político del momento en que se lleve a cabo. Así, comulgando con los objetivos propuestos por el MTEySSN, se aspira promover nuevos contenidos en la negociación colectiva en materia de teletrabajo coadyuvando a generar mejores condiciones laborales en el marco de las TICs. Para lo cual e de posicionarme en la visión organizacional sin por ello desconocer las restantes visiones (sindicatos, estado trabajador).
