La empresa familiar: guía para un encuadre conceptual

Abstract

Abordar el encuadre conceptual en las Empresas Familiares nos enfrenta, por un lado con la organización en sí, con las personas que la componen y en forma concomitante con sus características particulares imbricadas en un fenotipo organizacional que ofrece múltiples aristas, de las cuales sólo pretendemos visualizar algunas. Por ello, nuestro esquema se acerca más al metálogo de Bateson (1976) en el sentido de una conversación describiendo, descubriendo y redescubriendo el problema que a una focalización asertiva.
