Abstract

La problemática de las Empresas Familiares, como forma de organización empresaria particular, constituye una vertiente significativa y de amplia difusión en nuestro país. Pretendemos, a partir de esta y otras entregas, una visualización somera que, como se aprecia en las últimas publicaciones del Consejo Profesional, preocupa a otros colegas que son parte de las mismas, sea en su calidad de socios, asesores o simplemente estudiosos de su temática. En tal idea, acercamos este aporte que pretende dar pie a nuevos intentos o, tal vez, a discusiones sobre enfoques no coincidentes.
