Abstract

Los problemas estructurales derivados del crecimiento de las pequeñas y medianas empresas y, por asimilación, de las empresas familiares, suponen la inserción de proyectos de envergadura para lograr su supervivencia. En este trabajo, además del saber de las Ciencias Económicas y de Administración, se propone la utilización de técnicas y conocimientos psicológicos -concretamente la Terapia Familiar- como medio de unión y apertura hacia formas de Desarrollo Organizacional que permitan viabilizar cambios trascendentes, sin los cuales peligra la existencia de aquellas.
