Actividad de acopio de cereales. Tratamiento del impuesto sobre los ingresos brutos

Abstract

El trabajo pretende lograr determinar cual es el tratamiento en el Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos para aquellos acopios ubicados en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, teniendo en cuenta que, los acopios no se dedican a la actividad exclusiva de acopio de granos sino que en forma complementaria realizan otras actividades, como así también que en determinados momentos realizan solo compra venta de cereal y en otras ocasiones actúan como intermediarios en dicha comercialización.
