Trabajo decente como eje de equidad. Una nueva agenda en las políticas sociales

Abstract

Con la crisis actual del trabajo y el quiebre del Estado Social se puso en juego, en un nuevo ciclo de acumulación del sistema capitalista, el modo en que los derechos son ejercidos por parte de la ciudadanía. La posibilidad de tener acceso a la educación, a la asistencia sanitaria, a la seguridad social, a la protección a la vejez, a viviendas e ingresos dignos, está mediatizada por los niveles de equidad de cada sociedad. Es decir, el ejercicio de la ciudadanía social está condicionado por el modo en que cada sociedad distribuye entre sus miembros su riqueza. Por eso es que vamos a hablar de trabajo, de Trabajo Decente y equidad.
