Trayectorias laborales precarizadas. Mujeres de la industria pesquera marplatense. 1980-2008

Abstract

Pretendemos resumir en lo que sigue algunas líneas que se han disparado a partir de la investigación realizada en el transcurso de mi beca doctoral (CONICET tipo I, 2008-2011). Un acercamiento cualitativo nos llevó a la construcción de una trayectoria laboral que enlaza el proceso socioeconómico que vive el sector pesquero en el período mencionado con la historia individual. Desde una perspectiva de género pretendemos además, problematizar algunas particularidades del trabajo femenino remunerado y no remunerado, así como la interacción entre el mundo laboral y el doméstico. Comenzaremos caracterizando el mercado laboral marplatense e historizando la actual situación de la industria pesquera, para adentrarnos luego en algunas problemáticas propias de las trabajadoras del sector. El deterioro de los salarios, la inestabilidad laboral y las dificultades de la irregularidad horaria son algunas de las cuestiones que atraviesan las vivencias de estas trabajadoras.
