Abstract

El presente artículo, producto de resultados de estudios exploratorios previos, pretende brindar un enfoque integral acerca de cuáles son las alternativas a las que debieran recurrir las empresas del sector aéreo para la búsqueda de ventajas competitivas desde una óptica más estratégica. Algunas recomendaciones generales, vinculadas a los hallazgos encontrados, convierten este trabajo en un aporte original para el marketing y planificación estratégica en los servicios, con lo que se pretende abrir nuevas áreas de investigación para el sector aéreo.
