Abstract

He estructurado el trabajo de la siguiente manera: 1, Breve introducción, Características de la actividad de radiodifusión, Ley 22.285, Posibles modalidades de contratación de los servicios, Facturación, 2, Análisis de la evolución de nuestra legislación - leyes, decretos, jurisprudencia administrativa y judicial -, desde la vigencia del IVA (año 1975) a la fecha, Situación generada con la insistencia y ratificación del Congreso de la Nación de la ley 25.063 vetada parcialmente por el Poder Ejecutivo mediante el decreto 1517/98, 3, Comparación de nuestra legislación con la legislación de un país de la Unión Europea, de un estado de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y de un país de América del Sur, 4, Descripción del desenvolvimiento de la actividad de radiodifusión en el país y vinculación del mismo con la exención vigente a la fecha, Conclusión en este tema.
