Abstract

El objetivo de este informe es describir la demanda de mano de obra por parte de las empresas industriales de la región y los problemas a los que se enfrentan en la búsqueda de personal. Se entiende que la falta de personal calificado es para las empresas una restricción a su crecimiento actual y potencial y, en consecuencia, al desarrollo regional.
