Estudio de la producción de girasol en el Partido de Balcarce

Abstract

En este trabajo se analizan las variables que influyen en el productor al momento de decidir la siembra de girasol. A tal fin se consideraron para el análisis las variables que usualmente, desde el punto de vista económico, intervienen en la mencionada decisión. A fin de evitar no considerar variables de relevancia, se obtuvo información sobre las particularidades del cultivo de girasol en el Partido de Balcarce, en cuanto al período de siembra, metodología, elección de semilla y demás factores expuestos en los antecedentes de este trabajo. La información obtenida fue tenida en cuenta al realizar el análisis econométrico de los datos, metodología adoptada para estudiar la influencia de distintos factores en la producción de girasol.
