Las vinculaciones entre productores orgánicos. Evidencia empírica y análisis de sus determinantes

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es investigar hasta qué punto los productores orgánicos argentinos, con el propósito de disminuir las fallas de mercado, operan en forma asociada y cuáles son los determinantes de esa decisión. Se modelan los vínculos entre productores utilizando un modelo de regresión para variables enteras con una distribución Poisson en la cual la variable dependiente es el número de vínculos establecidos por cada productor encuestado.
