Trabajo decente: significados y alcances del concepto. Indicadores propuestos para su medición

Abstract

Se presentan en este estudio la génesis del concepto y las principales definiciones enunciadas y adoptadas desde diferentes perspectivas. A continuación se introducen dos formulaciones como son trabajo digno y trabajo genuino, que si bien son análogas, expresan ciertas distinciones y connotaciones que marcan las diferencias que no se aprecian en el uso común de la voz. Finalmente, se discute acerca de los alcances del término y el modo de mensurarlo.
