Abstract

El trabajo que a continuación se presenta se estructura en tres secciones. En el capítulo I se describe el comportamiento del mercado laboral nacional en el marco de las transformaciones de las últimas dos décadas, período que es analizado desde los supuestos explicativos de la crisis del trabajo y su recuperación. Contexto que permite abordar la problemática central de este estudio a partir de la descripción de la calidad del empleo y la identificación de los factores de discriminación por género, raza y etnia. En el capítulo II, se reconstruyen las acciones implementadas para facilitar la inclusión de ambos colectivos sociales en el ámbito laboral desde la esfera pública. Para finalizar en el III capítulo, en el cual se sintetizan las reflexiones sobre las debilidades y fortalezas que el escenario actual presenta como facilitador y promotor de buenas prácticas con relación a los objetivos de equidad de género y raza/etnia.
