Convergencia entre educación superior y mercado laboral

Abstract

El propósito de esta comunicación es dar cuenta de la participación que posee la oferta laboral con el más alto nivel de instrucción formal, en el mercado de trabajo del aglomerado Mar del Plata-Batán. Se incluye en el análisis a la educación superior como una variable interviniente de la calidad de la fuerza de trabajo con relación al mayor grado de instrucción formal alcanzado: nivel universitario y no universitario, completo o incompleto, y según la condición de asistencia -estudiantes, egresados y desertores-. En forma particular, se abordan los distintos tipos de inserción de esta PEA discriminando por género, categoría ocupacional y rama de actividad, según datos provenientes de la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares.
