印尼智库对十年来“一带一路”倡议的认知分析

Abstract

对印尼智库报告进行分析研判有利于观察印尼对十年来“一带一路”倡议的整体认知与战略走向, 有利于两国高质量共建“一带一路”走向深入。[方法/过程]以文本分析法来研究印尼3 家代表性智库的11 篇研究报告，可以较为全面地把握印尼战略界关于“一带一路”倡议的总体认知，进而 了解印尼的“一带一路”观。[结果/结论]在对智库报告文本的整理和分类后，发现印尼智库研究集中在“一带一路”倡议的机遇、挑战及应对三个主要方面。受美西方干预以及本国现实利益、社会发展水平、反华情节等因素的影响，印尼各界对“一带一路”倡议的认知呈现三大特点，既关注度不断提高但仍然不 足、整体更加积极正面、仍存在一些消极负面因素且难以在短期内消除。[创新/局限]本文从印尼精英视角系统分析印尼对十年来“一带一路”倡议的认知，充分证明中国—印尼“一带一路”合作前景广阔，更有力地佐证“一带一路”倡议的重要国际价值。
