Abstract

Cette note revient sur le nouveau cadre budgétaire européen et la méthodologie employée par le CSF pour répartir les trajectoires entre les entités belges. Elle propose une critique des hypothèses utilisées, soulignant des dysfonctionnements pouvant entraîner des conséquences importantes pour la Belgique.
