Les perspectives budgétaires de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale de 2018 à 2028

Abstract

Comme chaque année, le CERPE publie ses perspectives budgétaires des Entités fédérées francophones.Ces perspectives ont été réalisées sur base des paramètres macroéconomiques et démographiques les plus récents et ont comme point de départ les budgets 2018 initiaux de chaque Entité. A moyen terme, elles sont basées sur une hypothèse d'environnement politique à décision inchangée, c'est-à-dire sans aucune nouvelle décision future à caractère budgétaire. En d'autres termes, il s'agit de simulations "plancher" ou "affaires courantes". A long terme, nous supposons que la tension salariale entre le secteur public et le secteur privé débouchera sur une réévaluation à la hausse des salaires du secteur public, de manière à suivre l’évolution des salaires du secteur privé.
