Abstract

Cet Article Traite D'un Probleme D'allocation Statique Dans Lequel une Renegotiation Est Modelisee Comme un Processus Non-Verifiable Qui Modifie les Termes D'un Contrat Entre un Vendeur Non Informe et un Acheteur Informe Apres la Selection Initiale de L'acheteur. Il Demontre Que le Contrat Optimal a L'epreuve de Renegociation Est une Fonction du Type D'agent. Il Demontre Egalement Qu'il Peut Y Avoir au Plus un Nombre Fini de Contrats Offerts a L'acheteur et Qui Different de L'efficience D'information Parfaite. les Proprietes Correspondent aux Contrats Simples Que L'on Observe En Pratique.
