Dans Cet Article, Nous Evaluons L'effet de Deux Types de Lois du Travail Sur la Productivite et la Greve, a Savoir Celles Visant a Reduire L'activite de Greve et D'autres Qui Ne Cherche Pas a Reduire L'activite de Greve Mais Qui Peuve L'affecter Indirectement Par Leur Incidence Sur les Repports de Force Syndical-Patronal. a L'aide du Modele de Greve, Nous Infe Modele de Greve Nous Inferons D'abord des Attentes Quant a L'effet de Cinq Lois Ayant Ete Promulguees Dans Trois Provinces (La Colombie Britanique, L'ontario et le Quebec). Ces Lois Portent Sur la Conciliation Obligatoire, les Modalite du Vote de Greve, les Delais de Conciliation le Piquetage Secondaire et la Loi Anti-Briseurs de Greves. Nos Resultats Empiriques Concernant L'effet Sur L'activite de Greve des Trois Premiers Types de Lois Appuient les Hypotheses Que Nous Avons Faites a Partir de Notre Modele de Greve, a Savoir Qu'aucune de Ces Lois Ne Devrait Avoir D'effet Sur L'activite de Gerve. Par Contre, Nous Trouvons Que la Loi Sur le Piquetage Secondaire Ainsi Que la Loi Anti-Briseurs de Greve Ont Eu un Effet Positif Temporaire Mais Neanmoins Important Sur L'activite de Greve. C'est Aussi Ce Que Nous Avait Fait Anticiper Notre Modele de Greve.
