Nous Considerons Dans Cet Article la Possibilite D'un Rationnement Endogene Dans un Modele de Duopole a la Stackelberg Avec Produits Differencies. les Duopoleurs Se Concurrencent En Prix et En Quantites et Peuvent Choisir des Couples (P,Q) En Deca de Leur Demande Respective. Nous Montrons Entre Autres Resultats Qu'une Strategie de Raisonnement Peut Etre le Leader. Cette Strategie Lui Est Profitable Car Elle Permet un Prix Plus Eleve Tout En Incitant le Suiveur a S'y Accommoder Etant Donne la Demande Residuelle Accrue a Laquelle Il Fait Face du Fait Que le Leader Rationne. le Rationnement Devient Ainsi une Variable Strategique.
