Abstract

Le Modele des Contrats Implicites et le Modele des Choix Publics Sont Tous les Deux Incomplets. le Premier Suppose Que la Probabilite D'emploi Si L'on Est Congedie Par le Secteur Prive Soit Exogene, Tandis Que le Deuxieme Suppose Que le Revenu Brut de L'electeur Soit Exogene. En Realite Ces Deux Variables Sont Determines Par Choix, la Probabilite D'emploi a Travers le Systeme Politique et le Revenu Individuel Par les Contrats Entre Travailleurs et Employeurs. Cette Etude Presente un Shema Semblable aux Courbes Is-Lm Qui Permet D'expliquer la Facon Dont les Marches du Travail et le Systeme Politique Interagissent En Situation D'incertitude. des Estimes Econometriques Indiquent Que Chaque Systeme Est Tres Sensible aux Developpements Dans L'autre Systeme.
