Evaluation of Programs Funded by Technology-Based Learning (TBL) Grants

Abstract

This report examines how students in 20 workforce training programs using technology-based learning (TBL) serve their needs. Research is based on administrative data for 14,968 participants and survey data on program satisfaction from 710 participants in programs through fall 2012.
