Money Follows the Person Demonstration: Overview of State Grantee Progress, January to June 2013

Abstract

This report summarizes the implementation progress of the MFP demonstration by the 41 active grantee states that transitioned individuals through their programs during the six-month period from January 1 to June 30, 2013.
