Abstract

This technical assistance tool explains how states can use the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA) files exchange with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to identify dually eligible individuals (those who receive or are eligible to receive Medicare and Medicaid benefits).
