Abstract

To assess the Performance Partnership Pilots for Disconnected Youth (P3), Federal agencies sponsored a five-year national evaluation, under the direction of the U.S. Department of Labor Chief Evaluation Office. Using data from the evaluation’s implementation study, this paper reflects on the early experiences of the nine pilots awarded grants in 2015.
