Reducing Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health Care: Partnerships Between Employers and Health Plans

Abstract

Health plans and employers rarely work together to address racial and ethnic health care disparities in the workforce. However, these collaborations can strengthen programs to reduce disparities.
