Learn, Innovate, Improve: Lessons from Mesa County's Efforts to Increase Engagement in the Colorado Works Program

Abstract

In partnership with Mathematica, the Mesa County (CO) TANF program developed and rigorously tested the use of a parenting empowerment tool to engage new program participants during their eligibility interview and motivate a more meaningful connection to the agency.
