Abstract

LIFT, a nonprofit organization, provides career and financial coaching to low-income parents and caregivers of young children. The coaches are student volunteers pursuing master’s degrees in social work. The program is being evaluated in New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Los Angeles, CA.
