Promoting Sustainability of Child Care Programs During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Considerations for States in Allocating Financial Resources

Abstract

This paper shows how the pandemic and associated changes in regulations and demand have affected child care center costs and revenues and presents considerations for distributing funds to child care programs to address the child care financial crisis.
