La decision d'investissement nucleaire : l'influence de la structure industrielle

Abstract

Ce cahier se propose d'analyser le comportement d'investissement d'une entreprise qui produit en base de l'electricite d'origine nucleaire dans un marche europeen qui s'ouvre a la con currence. Dans ce contexte, l'objectif du papier est de mettre en ´evidence l'importance pour la decision d'investissement de l'entreprise de la structure industrielle controlee par le regulateur : une structure de monopole qui impose une reglementation de l'evolution du prix derevient; une structure de pool dans laquelle le regulateur intervient pour maintenir le prix de revient au niveau du cout marginal.
