Abstract

The article is centered on the analysis of care services; the research is based on the literature and on the analysis of experiences at local and national level. Its innovation relies both on the use of different tools (from labour economics, labour organization and labour law) and from the analysis of a case study at the district level making use of original micro (quantitative and qualitative) and administrative data. The analysis of these data allowed to illustrate a management system, showing the relevance of sharing of the standards of services and the support for the professional recognition of qualifications of care work.
