Achieving the Potentials of Your Organization -- How to Overcome the Dangers of Commoditization

Abstract

This paper introduces briefly the Delta Model - a new strategic management framework. It then proceeds to examine the challenges that an organization has to prevent the danger of commoditization of its business. The paper reflects on some personal experiences of the author to implement the Delta Model in a variety of real-life settings and its provides valuable recommendations on how to make the transformation from a Best Product to a Total Customer Solutions position
