I progetti di valutazione della Commissione Europea: domanda, offerta, impatto

Abstract

L'avvio istituzionale in Italia della Rete dei Nuclei di Valutazione è l'occasione per delineare un quadro dell'attività valutativa della Commissione Europea, ciò di quell'insieme di progetti che sono finanziati direttamente sul bilancio comunitario ad iniziativa dei Servizi della Commissione. Come si vedrà è un quadro complesso ed in evoluzione, soprattutto dopo l'adozione del Regolamento 1605/2002. inoltre, vi è un embrione di attività di network valutativo, che può essere di interesse per la neo-costituita Rete italiana. La presentazione è strutturata nelle seguenti sezioni:- il quadro regolamentare;- il sistema di valutazione;- il monitoraggio della valutazione; - le fasi della valutazione- i costi della valutazione- la gestione dei progetti- conclusioni
