Abstract

Cet article propose une réflexion méthodologique en sciences de gestion. En examinant ce que recouvre le processus scientifique, à partir d’une illustration dans le champ de la gouvernance des entreprises, nous montrons ce que sous-tend le conflit apparent entre les démarches quantitative et qualitative. Nous développons un guide méthodologique de l’étude de cas et discutons de sa portée épistémologique.
