La demanda de vivienda en España

Abstract

This paper analyses the behavior of Spanish households for two simultaneous aspects of the dwelling: housing tenure and kind of building (one-family or multi-family). The objective is to asses the performance of the housing demand in Spain at a microeconomic level. The econometric models used in this empiric analysis are two discrete choice models: conditional logit and nested multinomial logit En este trabajo se analiza el comportamiento de los hogares españoles para dos aspectos de lavivienda simultáneamente, régimen de tenencia y tipo de edificio (unifamiliar o colectivo). Sepretende determinar el funcionamiento de la demanda de vivienda en España a nivelmicroeconómico. Los modelos econométricos que se utilizan en el análisis empírico son dosmodelos de elección discreta : logit condicional y logit multinomial anidado.
