¿Centros de Formación Profesionales unitarios o multi-funcionales?

Abstract

Tras mostrar la gran variedad de centros de trabajo existente y las posibles funciones que los centros de FP podrían desempeñar en la sociedad, se ordenan y desengranan los diferentes factores, de carácter interno y externo a los centros, que podrían conducir o afectar al desarrollo de tales funciones. A continuación, se discuten los diferentes pros y contras de que los centros sean unitarios o multifuncionales, profundizando en particular en si del desempeño simultáneo de varias funciones por los centros se pueden derivar sinergias y complementariedades. El documento acaba ofreciendo una serie de recomendaciones, sobre cómo abordar una eventual transformación del modelo de centro de FP: desde uno unitario a uno multifuncional.
