Abstract

Cette tude examine les d fauts de construction et erreurs d am nagement Bukavu, r v lant qu'ils sont principalement caus s par le manque d'espace, la mauvaise qualit des mat riaux, l'absence d' tudes g otechniques et l'utilisation de techniciens non qualifi s. Ces probl mes entra nent des conflits co teux et chronophages entre propri taires, locataires, entrepreneurs et autorit s locales, n cessitant des mesures pour am liorer la qualit de vie des habitants.
