Abstract

Ce policy brief, fondé sur les travaux du CEGEMI à l’Université catholique de Bukavu, analyse le rôle des structures associatives dans l’EMAPE à l’est de la RDC, en mettant en évidence leur potentiel en matière de protection sociale ainsi que les limites liées au manque de ressources, à la faible organisation et à la fragmentation de leurs actions.
