Abstract

Die Perspektiven für die deutsche Konjunktur haben sich eingetrübt. Für den Prognosezeitraum ist nur eine schwache konjunkturelle Entwicklung zu erwarten. Geringere Exporte in den Euroraum und eine abgeschwächte Dynamik der Weltkonjunktur und damit einhergehend eine geringe Expansion der Investitionen in Deutschland dämpfen das Wachstum. Für das Jahr 2012 wird das Wachstum des Bruttoinlandsprodukts im Jahresdurchschnitt 0,6 % betragen. Im kommenden Jahr bleibt die konjunkturelle Dynamik flach. Der Anstieg des Bruttoinlandsprodukts wird 2013 im Jahresdurchschnitt voraussichtlich nur noch 0,3 % betragen. Die Arbeitslosenquote beträgt 6,8 % im Jahr 2012 und 7,0% im Jahr 2013. Die Verbraucherpreise werden in diesem Jahr um 1,9 % und im nächsten Jahr um 1,4 % steigen.Angesichts einer Wirtschaftspolitik, die auf jede weitere Zuspitzung der Krise im Euroraum mit nur partiellen und zu zaghaften Löscheinsätzen reagiert, ist eine Überwindung der Stagnation im Euroraum nicht zu erwarten. Hierzu bedarf es durchgreifender Maßnahmen mit Haftungscharakter, die das Vertrauen wiederherstellen sowie zusätzlicher wachstumspolitischer Impulse.
