Abstract

近期的金融部门危机及其处置过程提出了新的问题,也为未来提供了更多可资借鉴的经验。俄罗斯、土耳其以及部分拉丁美洲国家的银行业问题发生在高度美元化经济体、高水平主权债务、财政资源极为有限或上述因素交织的背景之下。这些因素对许多传统银行处置工具的有效性构成了挑战。本书聚焦于系统性危机所引发的问题,而非个别银行问题的处置。在总结亚洲金融危机经验教训的基础上,本书对IMF在应对系统性危机方面的一般原则、策略和技术进行了更新。
