Abstract

El presente documento contiene información sobre algunos de los problemas a los que se enfrentan actualmente las mujeres en la aviación civil. A través de un prisma de género sectorial, examina el empleo, los ciclos profesionales de las mujeres, y las principales oportunidades y retos que plantea el trabajo decente en el sector. También se identifican formas de acelerar la consecución de la igualdad de género.
