Estudio regional sobre las condiciones de trabajo de los trabajadores de los gobiernos subregionales los casos de Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, El Salvador y Perú

Abstract

En base al objetivo del estudio y la selección de los países, se pone el énfasis de la investigación sobre el marco institucional (la regulación nacional) y las estadísticas del empleo público, específicamente en identificar los regímenes laborales del sector público, la contratación distribuyéndolo en los tres niveles de gobierno -nacional, estadual o regional y local-, así como sus ingresos. Luego, trasladar el análisis a las políticas de formación profesional de su personal y las buenas prácticas laborales. Finalmente, analizar los derechos colectivos y la prohibición de la discriminación laboral en el sector público.
