Abstract

Le document examine les tâches spécifiques effectuées par les travailleurs du secteur public et du secteur financier qui sont étiquetées comme des lancements d’alerte qui déclenchent la protection juridique liée au statut de lanceur d’alerte. Ce rapport ne porte pas sur les autres activités du secteur privé, même dans les cas où elles pourraient être couvertes par les lois examinées.
