ILO pub-WEP pub. Technical report, mission report on employment creation through appropriate choice of technology in Indonesia - finds that national planning shows bias towards capital intensive manufacturing and agricultural mechanization; evaluates labour intensive rural public works projects; makes recommendations on employment policy; outlines research needs.
