Working paper on the present situation and forecasts concerning labour force participation of second-generation immigrant youth in Western Europe - makes population projections to the year 2000; examines the proportion of foreigners according to educational level and employment status; discusses entry into working life and social integration in the host country, migration policy measures to help retain cultural identity and facilitate return migration, etc. References, statistical tables.
