Technical report, mission report assessing employment policy measures for employment creation in the informal sector in Indonesia - stresses role played by small scale industries in absorbing unemployment in urban areas; emphasizes need to extend credit and promote vocational training; describes nongovernmental organizations' efforts to provide technical cooperation, esp.
